Senior
Care Authority of New York and Southwest Florida is offering a class for
caregivers taking care of someone suffering with Alzheimers or dementia.
This one day class will help you learn how to cope with
the changes your loved one is going through, as well as teach you new
skills that will help you provide proper care for them, while maintaining your
own mental health.
After you have completed the class, you will have a better
understanding of the changes your loved one suffering with Alzheimers or
dementia is experiencing, and be armed with new skills to help you during
difficult situations.
Upon
completion of the class, you will feel better prepared for dealing with this
new, unfamiliar territory.
This
class is also for professionals who work with elderly adults, such as health
care workers, first responders and social workers, to help you recognize the
signs of someone with Alzheimer's or dementia, and learn what you can do
to help them. This is a certification that many employers recognize as adding
value and may cover all or part of the cost of the class.
This
is a rare chance for you to be able to take this class in an interactive
webinar, no matter where you are physically located. Click the button below to
