Now in its third year, the Heartland Caregiving Conference is a regional event designed to support, educate, and uplift those who provide unpaid care to family, friends, and loved ones. It is hosted by Sandwiched KC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a stronger, better-connected community for family caregivers in the Kansas City area.
