During these 1 hour workshops hosted at the ACA Club (905 Garden of the Gods), we will have a brief presentation, followed by time for conversation and questions. We will cover topics like the FAQs of Medicare, services provided by Oak Street Health for our local community, and tips for care plans and local resources. Lunch will be provided.
This monthly lunch & learn is hosted by Connie Ryan with Journey Care Coordinating, LLC, Edward Heller with Oak Street Health, and Michael Gallagher & Stacy Gallagher with My Longevity Health Compass as part of our greater mission to change the way we age and provide educational opportunities for our community.
