As Christmas is quickly approaching, Physicians Choice Private Duty wants to introduce our first ever Giving Tree program. This year we gave each of our caregivers a form to complete for each child they have living in their household. On each form is a childs name, age, favorite color, clothing sizes, and three Christmas wishes. It is our goal to have each wish list fulfilled by 12/23/2022. We are asking senior living professionals, community members, etc. to help grant these wishes. We appreciate any type of donation whether that is fulfilling a wish list or making a financial donation which will go towards completing a wish list. For individuals or companies that donate, their name will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Scheels gift card or coffees for their office whichever they prefer and will be mentioned on our social media posts if they choose to be named.
