Patients and their caregivers, when presented with a dementia diagnosis, often are uncertain how to manage the new challenges and turn to their primary care providers for help. The seven sessions in this ECHO series provide factual information paired with real life experience in order to better equip practitioners to provide essential, person-centered guidance.
