At Continuum Care Hospice of Sarasota, the goal of our team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides, Certified Music Therapists, Certified Massage Therapists, volunteers, and Medical Directors, is to enhance the quality of life for patients with life-limiting illnesses and provide their loved ones with the support they need for the duration of the illness. Continuum Care of Sarasota staff combines strong clinical excellence with a holistic approach to end-of-life care by offering specialty programs such as music therapy, virtual reality experience, and equine Therapy; and other modalities such as massage therapy, reiki, clinical aromatherapy, and a gentle presence.
