1. Acceptance of These Terms
SeniorsBlueBook.com and the related Seniors Blue Book online services are operated by Grateful Sales Organization (“Seniors Blue Book,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SeniorsBlueBook.com and the websites, online features, directories, listings, dashboards, content-submission tools, and related online services operated under the Seniors Blue Book name (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting content, or otherwise using SeniorsBlueBook.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Certain products, advertising arrangements, print partnerships, subscriptions, or other services may be governed by separate agreements. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will control with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.
2. About Seniors Blue Book
Seniors Blue Book provides information, directories, educational content, business information, resources, and other materials intended to help seniors, caregivers, families, professionals, and other users identify and learn about senior-related resources, services, housing, care options, and businesses.
Information available through the Services is provided for general informational purposes. Seniors Blue Book does not guarantee that every listing, article, event, job posting, provider description, or other item of information is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular user’s needs.
3. No Medical, Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
Content available through SeniorsBlueBook.com is for general informational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for individualized medical, legal, financial, insurance, or other professional advice.
Users should consult an appropriate qualified professional regarding decisions that require professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal guidance, financial guidance, or other specialized expertise. In an emergency, users should contact appropriate emergency services rather than rely on information available through the Services.
4. Third-Party Providers, Listings, and Resources
Seniors Blue Book may display information about senior housing communities, care providers, healthcare providers, professional services, businesses, organizations, events, employment opportunities, and other third parties.
The presence of a business, provider, listing, advertisement, article, event, resource, or other third-party content on SeniorsBlueBook.com does not, by itself, constitute a guarantee or representation by Seniors Blue Book regarding that third party’s licensing, qualifications, services, availability, pricing, quality, safety, or suitability.
Users are responsible for conducting their own evaluation and due diligence before selecting or engaging a third-party provider or service.
5. Accounts and Account Security
Certain features may require an account or authorized access. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to notify Seniors Blue Book promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access to or use of your account. Seniors Blue Book may restrict, suspend, or terminate account access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, third parties, or Seniors Blue Book.
6. User-Submitted Content and Intellectual Property
The Services may allow businesses, partners, advertisers, contributors, account holders, or other users to submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise provide text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, videos, advertisements, articles, event materials, job postings, listing information, documents, and other materials (“Submitted Content”).
By providing Submitted Content to Seniors Blue Book, you represent and warrant that you own the Submitted Content or have obtained all rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and authorizations necessary to provide the Submitted Content to Seniors Blue Book and to permit its publication and use as contemplated by these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that Submitted Content does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, proprietary, or other right of any third party.
By submitting content, you grant Seniors Blue Book a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, format, adapt for technical or presentation purposes, and otherwise use the Submitted Content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, promote, distribute, and maintain Seniors Blue Book’s Services and publications. This license does not transfer ownership of your Submitted Content to Seniors Blue Book.
Seniors Blue Book may remove or disable access to Submitted Content that it reasonably believes may violate applicable law, the rights of a third party, these Terms, or Seniors Blue Book’s Copyright & DMCA Policy.
Seniors Blue Book may restrict, suspend, or terminate content-submission privileges or accounts in appropriate circumstances, including for users who repeatedly submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Content Submission Certification
Where Seniors Blue Book provides a content-submission or upload feature, users may be required to affirm that they own the submitted content or have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it, that Seniors Blue Book is authorized to publish and display it, and that the submission does not infringe the rights of a third party.
A user’s affirmative acceptance of such a certification is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.
8. Copyright and DMCA
Seniors Blue Book respects the intellectual property rights of others and maintains a Copyright & DMCA Policy describing how copyright owners may submit notifications of claimed infringement and how affected users may submit counter-notifications where applicable.
Seniors Blue Book has adopted a policy providing for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users, contributors, partners, or account holders who are repeat copyright infringers.
Copyright notices should be directed to Seniors Blue Book’s Designated Copyright Agent using the contact information published in the Copyright & DMCA Policy on SeniorsBlueBook.com.

10. Seniors Blue Book Content and Trademarks
Except for Submitted Content and third-party materials, the content and materials made available through the Services, including Seniors Blue Book branding, design, text, graphics, compilations, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Seniors Blue Book and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Seniors Blue Book’s trademarks, logos, branding, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit Seniors Blue Book-owned materials except as authorized by Seniors Blue Book or permitted by applicable law.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with websites, platforms, services, or resources operated by third parties. Seniors Blue Book does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.
Your interactions with third-party websites and services are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

If you submit information about another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have any permission or authority required to provide that information.

Seniors Blue Book may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or change features or content within the Services from time to time. Seniors Blue Book does not guarantee that the Services or any particular feature or content will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Seniors Blue Book may correct errors, update information, and remove content at any time.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SENIORS BLUE BOOK DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SENIORS BLUE BOOK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ACCURATE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the foregoing may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENIORS BLUE BOOK AND GRATEFUL SALES ORGANIZATION, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENIORS BLUE BOOK WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM A USER’S RELIANCE ON THIRD-PARTY LISTINGS, PROVIDERS, SERVICES, CONTENT, OR RESOURCES FOUND THROUGH THE SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SENIORS BLUE BOOK AND GRATEFUL SALES ORGANIZATION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SENIORS BLUE BOOK UNDER THE APPLICABLE PARTNERSHIP, ADVERTISING, SUBSCRIPTION, OR SERVICE AGREEMENT DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you submit content or use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seniors Blue Book, Grateful Sales Organization, and their owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent arising out of or relating to: (a) Submitted Content you provide; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement or violation of a third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
This indemnification obligation does not require you to indemnify Seniors Blue Book or Grateful Sales Organization for claims to the extent caused by their own unlawful conduct.
This provision should be read together with any separate advertising, partnership, publishing, or other agreement between you and Seniors Blue Book.
17. Suspension and Termination
Seniors Blue Book may suspend or terminate access to the Services, remove Submitted Content, or restrict content-submission privileges when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, respond to infringement or other rights complaints, address security concerns, or protect Seniors Blue Book, its users, or third parties.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, Submitted Content licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification, will survive as applicable.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
