We are hosting the first part of our Empowerment Series this coming January 25th from 10:00-11:30am and would love to see if you have any families and or potential residents who might be interested in attending! Promise, no salesy talk, just pure education and fun!  We have a Registered Dietitian coming to give a demo (get to try tasty food and know how to cook it at home) and discuss the key to a balanced diet tailored to unique needs, and how specific foods can support vitality, well-being and chronic disease management. Please let me know if there is anyone interested in joining and can get them RSVP!
