Join us for a day of camaraderie, competition, and compassion at the 5th Annual End Alzheimers Golf Tournament, hosted by CarePatrol of Colorado Springs & Pueblo. This event is more than just a round of golf; its a chance to come together as a community to make a meaningful impact in the fight against Alzheimers. With every swing, putt, and step across the greens, were raising funds to support vital research, provide resources for families, and bring hope to those affected by this devastating disease. Whether youre a seasoned golfer, a sponsor, or simply someone who cares, your participation helps bring us closer to a world without Alzheimers.  Two-Person Scramble - $125/player

 Hole Sponsorships:
$200 per hole OR $400 includes sponsorship + joining a 2-person team ($25 offplayer fee!)
