This year our goal is to collect 250 non-perishable items, and we'd love your help in reaching it. All food collected will be delivered to Suster Carmen Community Center to support those in need. Thank you for your generosity, and let's make this holiday season a little brighter for our community!

Were excited to announce that CCC, the networking group thats been a great resource in Northern Colorado, is expanding! Due to growing demand and the need for more connection opportunities, were bringing CCC to Lafayette! In partnership with Deb Hickel - Assisted Living Advisors, were bringing together professionals in the senior care industry. Movement classes for people living with Parkinsons, but benefits anyone with mobility concerns. Classes welcome and include older adults 60+ of all abilities and care-partners. No dance experience is required, class may be enjoyed seated or standing.   Leran More Here
