Savvy Caregiver is an evidence-based program designed to help people caring for individuals with an Alzheimer's/Dementia-related illness:
- Understand disease progression & Impact
- Adopt skills & strategies to successfully manage activities of daily living
Identify & engage family and community resources for care-related assistance and support
- Develop self-care strategies
- Establish a sense of mastery and confidence in their caregiving
LOCATION: The Dubin Center, 12685 New Brittany Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33907
DAY & TIME: Mondays 1:30PM - 3:30PM
DATES: April 21, 28 / May 5, 12, 19 (Commitment to attendance is required! We will meet in person, once a week, for 5 weeks.)
