With the support of his wife, Lisa, the steakhouse has become an award-winning, internationally recognized destination. Tom, a native Texan, combines his West Texas roots with a simple, flavorful cooking style, while Lisa, originally from South Carolina, manages the steakhouses operations, including catering and mail-order.
