Room 306 is a LARGE 1 bedroom at 711sqft with private balcony facing east (perfect view of the Greeley Stampede parade on July 4th). This room is available for $2950/month!

Other 1-bedroom options may also available as low as $2499/month!

2-bedroom remodeled and classic style also available starting at $3650 a month! We are the only Independent Living that offers 3 meals and has 2-bedroom availability!
