This Free class is designed for those diagnosed with a neurological diagnosis such as Parkinson's, ALS, MS, dementia and many more. Those caring for a loved one with those diagnoses are welcome! Incorporates dance and creative movement to address balance, flexibility and spatial awareness. Led by Dr Suzanne Salapa. In person class!
