In traditional Chinese culture, the circulation of blood and vital energies can decrease as one ages causing stiffness in the body and other potential health issues. This class will focus on  simple, yet effective Qi Gong exercises to reestablish strong circulation and retrain the nervous system while improving range of movement, balance, and reinvigorating all major body systems, creating a general sense of wellbeing. This class can be done standing or seated in a chair, all levels welcome.

Instructor: Craig Barnes has been practicing, teaching, and training instructors in Qi Gong and Tai Chi for 40 years. His primary focus is in using Qi practices for healing, meditation, and elevating the spirit.
