What is Powerful Tools for Caregivers?
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an in-person class series that supports caregivers in taking care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. Six classes held once a week are led by experienced class leaders. Class participants use The Caregiver Helpbook to accompany the class and provide additional caregiver resources.

Our voting committee is made up of seniors living in our community, and they will be voting based off of these write ups. The following form must be filled out completely and all questions answered in order for the nomination to be considered. Please be specific and provide examples. Give as many details as possible as nominee will be considered based only on the information provided. Submissions with insufficient details will NOT be considered. Nominations close January 31, 2025
