Santas Big Red Sack Celebrates 22 Years!
Skewering the holidays since 2002
22 years ago, Rattlebrain Productions created Santas Big Red Sack, the non-traditional holiday comedy that quickly became an annual tradition for thousands of comedy lovers across Colorado.
Since 2002, Santas Big Red Sack has skewered the holidays with sketches and musical parodies. This year that tradition continues with a sleigh full of new sketches that guarantees more laughter for new attendees and those who have made this their annual tradition.
Santas Big Red Sack returns December 5-23 at The Peoples Building, 9995 E. Colfax, Aurora CO 80010. Performances are Thursday, Fridays and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 4:00 p.m. with a Monday, December 23 at 7:30 p. m. Tickets are $31 and available at www.RattlebrainProductions.com or by calling 303-218-7315.
THE SHOW
Get ready to let go of everything you hold dear about the holidaysand have it all come back twisted, hilarious and glittering with lights.
Santas Big Red Sack is non-stop sketch comedy, music and technology bursting at the seams with irreverent wit and unforgettable characters. Your belly will turn to jelly. Your heart will dance. Youll never experience the holidays the same way again.
Denver audiences have flocked to the show for two decades to see whats new in the Sack. It may be cold outside, baby, but Santas Big Red Sack gets hotter every year.
The sketches skewer the middle classes with a smile and a hint of political spice, striking a tone of "The Carol Burnett Show: The Next Generation.
