An intimate outdoor concert in a south Bradenton residential backyard. The Feb 22nd (7:00 pm) event is one of 8 concerts each year from October to May.
The artist changes for each concert and the March event will take place on a Sunday afternoon @ 3:00 pm with a wonderful band of senior musicians from the Music Compound (Sarasota).
For the Feb 22 event, our musician Ben Gage (headliner) is an Americana musician from Akron, OH. He grew up in the rust belt of Northeast Ohio, spread out in the countryside along the great Lake Erie. Ben's roots run deep alongside the hard-working blue collars that Ohio has to boast. That tenacity, love of family, and respect for a long day can be seen in his music. In Fall of 2021 Ben quit his job in the tech-sector to pursue music full time. Now he travels the US sharing stories and songs and always collecting more.
We request a suggested donation that goes directly to the headliner musician of $20 per person. Of course, you're welcome to contribute more if you particularly enjoyed your evening. Please be sure to reserve your seats in advance by clicking the link below. Seating is limited.
Snacks, soft drinks and waters will be provided. All are welcome to BYOB or a bottle of wine for the share table.
The doors open at 6:00 pm and Ben takes the stage at 7:00. For the February concert at the 41st Street Music Patch we have an added bonus of a father/son duo visiting from Cortland, NY who will jam with Ben after the concert. All guests are welcome to stay for the bonus jam session.
The venue is outdoors, but we will move it indoors in the event of rain. Please dress casually and accordingly.
