About Lisa and Tom Perini
A former rancher, Tom Perini started his culinary journey in 1973 with a chuck wagon, opening Perini Ranch Steakhouse in 1983 after discovering his passion for cooking. With the support of his wife, Lisa, the steakhouse has become an award-winning, internationally recognized destination. Tom, a native Texan, combines his West Texas roots with a simple, flavorful cooking style, while Lisa, originally from South Carolina, manages the steakhouses operations, including catering and mail-order. Together, theyve created a true Texas landmark that celebrates food, family, and the Texas way of life.
100% of the funds raised from Celebrity Chef go directly to VNA programs: Meals on Wheels, Supportive Palliative Care, and adult and pediatric Hospice Care.
