Here at Encompass Health - Littleton we offer Chair Yoga Class for people that are diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.-Chair yoga includes all components of traditional yoga class such as stretching, yoga poses, breathing, meditation and relaxation all while sitting in the chair or optional standing.-Scientific Research shows YOGA helps in increasing strength, flexibility, balance and range of motion for individuals with Parkinson's.NO prior yoga experience needed - it's NEVER too late to start your yoga practice!EVERY MONDAYS from 11am - 12pm by Shruti Keskar (Parkinson's Association of the Rockies)-All Are Welcomed!-FOR MORE INFORMATION OR TO RSVP PLEASE EMAIL:[email protected] or [email protected]
