Each gathering offers practical information, emotional support, helpful community resources, coping strategies, and an opportunity to connect with others who understand the journey.

Come enjoy a meal, meet others in the community, ask questions, share experiences, and discover resources that can help you and your loved ones navigate the challenges of Alzheimers and dementia.
