Description

Doing nothing properly is another description for meditation practice, which is the act of taking a good posture while sitting, practicing a simple technique, and gently synchronizing the body and mind to settle together. This series will present the age old practices of sitting and walking meditation. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome.
