Gleeful Choir is a chorus designed for those with memory challenges and their partner. We meet every Thursday at the Day-Riverside library (1575 W. 1000 N. SLC) to sing and mingle. Tuesdays from October 28th December 9th at 10:00 AM Learn self-management techniques and skills needed in the day-to-daymanagement of any type of diabetes. In this 6 week class, you will learn how to meal plan, increase physical activity, manage emotions, and makeweekly action plans.
