Do you, or someone you know, struggle with knee pain due to osteoarthritis? Skylight Health Research in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for individuals to participate in a new clinical research study that might be right for you, or if you know someone who may be eligible and refer them to us, you may be eligible for a referral bonus.
The study involves a single injection of a new investigational form of stem-cell therapy that is administered directly into the knee joint. The duration of the study is roughly 55 weeks so participants must be willing and able to commute to our Colorado Springs, CO clinic for on-site visits. If you meet the criteria and choose to participate, you will receive all study-related care, including physical examinations and knee x-rays, at no charge to you. You do not require health insurance to participate in this study, and you will receive compensation for each visit you complete, up to a total of $800.00.
You may be eligible if you:
Are over 18 years of age.
Have experienced little to no improvement following alternative osteoarthritis therapies.
Are willing to avoid recreational/medical use of cannabis and other non-prescribed drugs for the duration of the study.
Have NOT had knee surgery knee on either knee within the past 12 months.
Participation is voluntary, and if you decide to join, you can leave the study at any time. You may or may not directly benefit from participating in the study, but your participation in the study may drive science forward and potentially improve conditions for people suffering from osteoarthritis worldwide.
