Under the direction of your physician, licensed nursing professionals provide twenty-four hour skilled care and a variety of additional services. These services may include hospice, wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, and assistance with dressing, bathing, walking, and dining. AHC Home Care is a Medicare-certified home health care provider specializing in post-surgical rehabilitation. Our goal is to continue to bridge the gap between hospital and home as patients leave the friendly environment of our rehab facilities and return to their own residences.
