We are a Home Care and Hospice Agency offering services in the home, a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, etc. We have a staff of highly qualified nurses, social workers, chaplains, home health aides, therapists and physicians. In Home Care we work to improve the ability of our patients so they can manage to live on their own if possible. Our Hospice Team provides passionate care to those with 6 months or less of living. We allow the individual to live the final phase of life with dignity and with as little pain as possible. We are there to care for the patient and there to support the family as much as they want. If you or someone you love is 65 or older, you have the hospice benefit through Medicare and will pay nothing out of pocket for this service. This is a benefit to everyone over the age of 65.
