Job details:
v Competitive Salary
v Parttime: approximately 20- 30 hours a month (hours and times are based on need and staff availability)
v Identify, recruit, train and develop a talented team of employees who can lead critical departments and manage strategic business functions.
v Supervise PEARLS program Coaches as outlined by UW PEARLS
v Develop the organizational culture and promote transparency and collaboration throughout the organization.
v Offer continuing support to coaches and volunteers as needed by the individuals.
v Represent the company at social and corporate events in ways that strengthen the brand and communicate the companys message. Attend Programs that might offer referrals such as SRC and SNP.
v Monitor company operations and ensure employees and business practices comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
v Take donations and grant checks to the bank as well as write checks as needed to pay for program needs and pay staff with bookkeeper. Send thank you notes for donations.
Qualifications:
v MSW/BSW or equivalent experience in human services working with older adults
v Direct care with geriatric population: 5+ year (preferred)
v Multilingual (preferred)
v U.S. work authorization (required)
v Valid drivers license, current automobile insurance, reliable vehicle to use for visits (required)
v Mileage reimbursement

This can be a full-time (40hr/wk) or part-time (20hr/wk) position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide direct care, including physical care to theprograms participants. May include caring for medically fragile individuals Assist in the implementation of established goals andtreatment in the daily programming of the Center as determined in theparticipants individual plan Follow the policies and procedures for the care ofZachs Place participants, as established by the Center and the StateDepartment of Human Services. This includes safety plans, reportingemergencies, life skills programming and emergency procedures Maintain necessary paperwork, including medicationlogs, incident reports, check-in guide.
