Our Centennial assisted living facilities are carefully and thoughtfully designed to serve people with varying ability levels. Apartment-style homes have professional elderly services staff available 24/7. Our mission is to help your loved one feel safe, secure and supported while maintaining their independence for as long as possible.

Assured Senior Living is a unique alternative for assisted living services. Our residential homes service only 7 to 9 residents, allowing each individual more personal attention, nurturing and supervision than is available in larger communities. At the same time, we are fully committed to providing our residents with a full array of social and recreational activities.

Assisted Living was designed for the people were honored to servenot the other way around. 

Instead of expecting your loved one to conform to how we do things, we tailor everything we offer to themfrom our home-like community design, to our meals, to our wonderful activities, programs, and events!
