Under the guidance of licensed experts, residents engage in personalized physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions designed to meet their unique rehabilitation needs.

Highline Post Acute offers a range of specialized services to cater to the diverse needs of our residents. Our short-term rehabilitation program focuses on individuals recovering from illnesses or major medical events, providing a tailored experience aimed at restoring independence. For those requiring extended assistance, our long-term care services support residents with serious, ongoing health conditions or disabilities, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and nutrition.

Our complex wound care program addresses various conditions, including ostomies, wound dehiscence, diabetic arterial/venous ulcers, pressure ulcers, and pre- and post-flap surgery. Additionally, we offer compassionate hospice services for individuals with advanced, life-limiting illnesses, ensuring comfort and dignity in their final days.

The facility features spacious courtyards and common areas where residents and their families can relax and socialize. These inviting spaces contribute to the overall well-being and comfort of our residents.

Highline Post Acute accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including private pay, Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, and HMOs: our insurance experts are available to help residents and their families understand their plan benefits.

Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals collaborates to design personalized care plans for each resident, focusing on returning individuals to their highest level of independence as quickly as possible. Therapy sessions typically commence within 24 hours of admission and are conducted up to five times per week, depending on the resident's condition and needs.

We recognize the vital role that family and friends play in the emotional and physical well-being of our residents. Visiting hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday through Sunday, allowing ample time for loved ones to spend quality moments together.
