I have a passion to work with seniors, and I enjoy seeing them content and happy, Terry said. In order to do this job, you must have a servants heart, and this is how I train the staff. We are an extended family, so we treat everyone with respect, which includes seniors, families and staff. This is how we remain consistent. These are homes, not facilities. Our homes are in neighborhoods, so this gives a home-type of vibe. We have 14 to 16 residents in each home, which makes it manageable for staff, and residents dont feel forgotten because of overwhelming numbers.Mustang Creek Estates combines the peace of mind of a compassionate assisted living and memory care community with a personal touch.This assisted living home creates a family-style environment.
