Eben Ezer~s Care Center is a registered Eden community. The Evergreens Memory Care offers specialized care in a luxurious setting. You will feel the difference just as soon as you walk in the door. Eben Ezer is staffed with caring and professional individuals who focus on the whole person, not just their immediate memory related needs. Our neighbors are evaluated regularly to provide as much independence or attention as the person needs. Nutritious meals and snacks are served to each resident with special dietary needs and preferences carefully considered. A variety of activities are offered several times a day in various locations of the home. Social Workers and chaplain staff are also available. We offer a full continuum of care on our campus including assisted living, independent living, and in-home services as well.

Eben Ezer Tabor Apartments is a low-income 30-unit apartment building of independent living offering both one bedroom and two bedroom options. Tabor is physically attached by a walkway to Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center. At Eben Ezer, we take a comprehensive approach to housing & care everything from independent living to skilled nursing care and address housing, health, social, and spiritual needs. This continuum of care means that Eben Ezer can provide just the right amount of support for each of our residents.
