Garden Terrace Alzheimer~s Center of Excellence at Overland Park is located just a mile from Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Our nursing home focuses on providing safe, secure care for residents with Alzheimer~s and other dementia-related disorders. It features 2 all-female communities, 2 all- male communities, and 3 other communities ranging from 15 beds to 28 beds on the the units. Have a great Activities Dept. with Music Therapists, PT, OT, and ST in -house therapists, FT Medical Director and NP. is a 163 bed skilled facility with 8 distinctive Units. We have a Fulltime Physician and Nurse Practitioner on site.
