Londonderry Village

Londonderry Village is an outreach ministry of the Church of the Brethren and is committed to providing quality housing, healthcare and supportive services in an attitude of love and servanthood.

Londonderry Village offers two areas where skilled nursing care is provided: Leffler Care and the Green Houses. Leffler Care, which is attached to our main building, provides 24-hour skilled nursing care to our residents with private, private with a shared bath, and double-occupancy rooms. Leffler residents are close to rehab rooms where we provide physical, occupational and speech therapies and a hair salon, which is close by. Londonderry Villages six Green Houses are stand-alone homes that accommodate up to 10 residents per home. Each resident has his or her own private bedroom and private bathroom. The 7,000-square-foot home provides an open floor plan where residents and staff can engage in meaningful conversation, develop a close-knit family relationship, participate in various activities, and dine together as a family.
