Nokomis Healthy Seniors is a Living at Home/Block Nurse Program serving the greater Nokomis area of Minneapolis. We help neighborhood older adults to continue living safely and independently in their own homes. We provide programs and activities, volunteer assistance including transportation to medical appointments, and referrals to community resources, and services for home care. Started in 1994 in the Nokomis community, our services are more vital than ever due to rising health and home care costs and an growing older adult population.
