The Naborforce Story
Our origin story comes from the personal experience of Founder & CEO, Paige Wilson. A successful executive in both finance and investment banking, Paige found herself juggling the needs of managing her career, raising her own family and being the primary caregiver for her aging mother.
Paige witnessed firsthand the stress of being “sandwiched,” balancing career and family. She couldn’t be everywhere and do everything. Equally hard was knowing that her mother sensed she was a burden, intentionally not asking for help even though she could benefit from some.
The “aha” moment
After her mother passed away, Paige had a vision that she could combine her business background with her passion to help seniors and their families reduce stress and restore JOY in the lives of older adults.
It was an “aha” moment when she realized the answer was right in the community. By leveraging technology, Naborforce connects older adults and their families to a network of purpose-driven people right in their community. These kind-hearted “Nabors” are perfect for stepping in to lend a neighborly helping hand or simply provide friendly connection.
