Feeling tired after a busy day is common, but persistent fatigue, reduced physical strength, and changes in sexual health can sometimes leave older men wondering whether something more is happening.
A man who previously enjoyed walking, working in the yard, or exercising may notice that his energy has declined. Another may experience changes in sexual interest, difficulty maintaining erections, or reduced muscle strength.
For older adults in Mobile, Alabama, these concerns can affect confidence, relationships, and everyday quality of life.
Although testosterone levels naturally change with age, not every symptom of fatigue or reduced energy is caused by low testosterone.
Diabetes, sleep disorders, medication effects, cardiovascular disease, depression, and other medical conditions can produce similar symptoms.
That is why professional evaluation is important before considering hormone treatment.
Urology Associates – Mobile at Springhill provides specialized urological and men's health services for residents throughout Mobile County. The practice offers evaluation and treatment for low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, prostate conditions, and other concerns affecting men's urinary and reproductive health.
Its Springhill office includes experienced urologists and advanced practice providers who help patients understand their symptoms and explore appropriate treatment options.
For men and families in Mobile, learning about testosterone health can make it easier to recognize when specialist care may be helpful.
A urologist is a physician specializing in conditions affecting the urinary tract and certain parts of the male reproductive system.
The urinary tract includes the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra.
Urologists also evaluate conditions involving the prostate, testicles, and male sexual function.
These may include:
Low testosterone symptoms
Erectile dysfunction
Enlarged prostate
Urinary frequency
Difficulty emptying the bladder
Kidney stones
Urinary tract infections
Blood in the urine
Prostate cancer concerns
Other reproductive or urinary health conditions
Some patients require diagnostic testing or ongoing monitoring.
Others may benefit from medication, lifestyle changes, or specialized procedures.
The appropriate treatment depends on the diagnosis, medical history, and personal goals.
Testosterone is a hormone produced primarily by the testicles.
It plays a role in several important body functions.
These include:
Sexual interest
Sperm production
Muscle development
Bone health
Red blood cell production
Certain aspects of physical well-being
Testosterone levels usually vary throughout the day.
They also tend to decline gradually as men grow older.
However, a lower testosterone level does not automatically mean that treatment is necessary.
A diagnosis of testosterone deficiency generally requires compatible symptoms and consistently low blood testosterone levels.
Low testosterone, also called male hypogonadism when diagnostic criteria are met, occurs when the body does not produce sufficient testosterone.
There are several possible causes.
Some involve conditions affecting the testicles, while others involve the pituitary gland or hormonal signaling.
Testosterone levels can also be influenced by obesity, chronic illness, medications, sleep problems, and other factors.
Symptoms may include:
Reduced sexual interest
Erectile difficulties
Decreased spontaneous erections
Reduced muscle mass
Increased body fat
Low energy
Reduced motivation
Changes in mood
Decreased body hair
Breast tissue enlargement
Reduced bone density
These symptoms are not specific to testosterone deficiency.
A medical evaluation is necessary to determine whether hormone levels are contributing.
Hormone production can change gradually over time.
However, chronological age is only one factor.
Conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and certain chronic illnesses may be associated with reduced testosterone levels.
Some medications can affect hormone production.
Examples include certain opioid medications and long-term use of specific hormonal treatments.
Patients should not discontinue prescribed medications without medical guidance.
Poor sleep and certain sleep disorders may influence hormone regulation and overall well-being.
Increased body fat and reduced physical activity may affect testosterone levels.
Some men have conditions involving the testicles or the brain's hormone-regulating systems.
These concerns may require additional laboratory evaluation.

The Springhill office also includes physicians who provide general adult urological evaluations.
These services are important because fatigue, urinary changes, and sexual health symptoms can have overlapping causes.
A patient may need evaluation for more than one condition before a treatment plan is developed.
Urology Associates offers diagnostic assessment for men experiencing symptoms potentially associated with low testosterone.
Evaluation may involve:
Reviewing symptoms
Discussing medical history
Reviewing medications
Assessing relevant health conditions
Ordering testosterone blood tests
Considering additional hormone testing when appropriate
A clinical diagnosis requires more than assuming that fatigue or erectile problems are caused by hormone deficiency.
Urology Associates advertises several testosterone replacement options through its regional practice.
These include:
Topical testosterone preparations
Testosterone injections
Implantable testosterone pellets
Other appropriate prescription formulations
The choice depends on the patient's diagnosis, medical history, treatment goals, and contraindications.
Not every formulation is suitable or available for every patient.
Testosterone therapy also requires monitoring.
Urology Associates provides evaluation and treatment for erectile dysfunction.
The practice describes treatment options that may include oral medications, vacuum devices, selected injections or other interventions, and surgical approaches in appropriate cases.
Erectile dysfunction may be associated with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, medication effects, hormonal conditions, or psychological factors.
Treatment should address the underlying causes whenever possible.
Urology Associates identifies its Springhill location as one of the offices offering in-office prescription dispensing.
Patients may be able to obtain selected prescriptions through this service.
The practice provides a separate pharmacy contact number for Springhill.
Families should confirm medication availability, insurance requirements, and dispensing procedures directly with the office.
Urology Associates also advertises onsite pelvic health physical therapy through partner therapy providers at its Springhill location on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
These services are separate from routine urology consultations and may be appropriate for selected pelvic floor conditions.
Patients should confirm clinician availability and scheduling requirements.

Mobile is a major healthcare center for southwest Alabama and serves residents throughout Mobile County and surrounding communities.
Older men may experience overlapping concerns involving cardiovascular health, diabetes, urinary symptoms, prostate conditions, and sexual function.
Access to specialty urological services can help patients understand which symptoms require further testing.
As men age, maintaining mobility, energy, and overall health becomes increasingly important.
However, not every symptom can be attributed to hormone levels.
A comprehensive medical assessment can help identify contributing conditions that may otherwise go untreated.
Some men hesitate to discuss sexual health or hormone-related symptoms.
Concerns about embarrassment may lead patients to delay an appointment.
Professional urology services provide an opportunity for confidential medical conversations and evidence-based treatment planning.
Men with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, or other chronic conditions may benefit from coordination between their primary care provider and urologist.
This is particularly important before beginning treatments that may affect other aspects of health.
The Springhill office is located within Mobile's established medical community.
For residents of Mobile County, a local specialist location may make consultations and follow-up appointments more manageable.
Diagnosing testosterone deficiency involves more than checking one blood test.
The physician begins by discussing symptoms and medical history.
Certain symptoms, such as reduced sexual interest and fewer spontaneous erections, may be more directly associated with testosterone deficiency than general fatigue alone.
Clinicians generally use morning blood tests to assess testosterone.
Because levels fluctuate, a low result is usually confirmed with a separate morning measurement.
Symptoms may be associated with thyroid disorders, diabetes, sleep problems, anemia, depression, or medication effects.
Additional testing may be recommended when appropriate.
Some patients need further laboratory studies to help determine why testosterone levels are low.
This may include tests involving hormones that regulate testosterone production.
A diagnosis should account for symptoms, repeated test results, overall health, and treatment goals.
Testosterone replacement therapy may help appropriately diagnosed men with clinically significant testosterone deficiency.
However, it is not recommended simply to reverse normal aging or improve general energy in every older man.
The decision requires careful medical assessment.
For eligible patients, testosterone treatment may improve certain symptoms of hormone deficiency, particularly sexual symptoms.
Other potential effects vary among individuals.
Treatment may affect:
Red blood cell levels
Fertility and sperm production
Certain prostate-related monitoring needs
Sleep apnea or other medical conditions
Fluid retention
Other aspects of health
A physician should review relevant cardiovascular history and other potential risks.
Testosterone replacement can suppress sperm production.
Men who want to preserve fertility should discuss this before starting therapy.
Follow-up may include:
Symptom assessment
Testosterone testing
Blood count monitoring
Evaluation of side effects
Prostate-related monitoring when appropriate
Review of overall treatment response
Patients should not obtain testosterone products without an appropriate prescription and monitoring plan.
Although the two concerns sometimes overlap, they are not interchangeable.
Low testosterone may contribute to reduced sexual interest or certain erectile difficulties.
However, erectile dysfunction can also result from blood vessel disease, diabetes, neurological conditions, medication effects, and psychological factors.
A man with erectile dysfunction does not necessarily have low testosterone.
Likewise, a man with low testosterone may not experience erectile dysfunction.
Treatment should reflect the underlying condition.
Erectile dysfunction can sometimes be associated with vascular disease.
Patients should discuss cardiovascular risk factors, especially when they have diabetes, high blood pressure, or other related conditions.
Some medications may affect sexual function.
A healthcare professional can review possible contributions without compromising treatment for important medical conditions.
Lifestyle changes may support overall health and are sometimes included in treatment planning.
Appropriate exercise supports muscle strength, cardiovascular health, and mobility.
Older adults should choose activities suitable for their medical conditions.
Adequate sleep contributes to overall health and hormone regulation.
Persistent sleep problems should be discussed with a healthcare professional.
Good diabetes and blood pressure management may help support overall health and sexual function.
A balanced diet can support energy, muscle health, and weight management.
Patients with complex medical conditions may benefit from individualized dietary guidance.
Smoking increases the risk of several health conditions, including cardiovascular and vascular problems.
Excessive alcohol use may influence overall health and sexual function.
A professional evaluation may be appropriate when symptoms become persistent or affect everyday life.
Examples include:
Significant reduction in sexual interest
Persistent erectile difficulties
Unexplained loss of muscle mass
Symptoms suggesting testosterone deficiency
Ongoing urinary changes
Concerns about prostate health
Persistent genital discomfort
Other reproductive health concerns
Sudden severe pain, inability to urinate, chest pain, or other potentially serious symptoms may require urgent medical attention.
Before an appointment, patients can gather information that may help the physician understand the situation.
Write down when symptoms began and whether they are worsening.
Include prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and supplements.
Mention diabetes, cardiovascular disease, sleep apnea, prostate conditions, and previous hormonal treatment.
Existing testosterone measurements or other relevant results may be useful.
Consider asking:
Could low testosterone explain my symptoms?
Which tests should I have?
Do testosterone levels need to be checked more than once?
Are other medical conditions contributing?
Would lifestyle changes help?
Am I a candidate for treatment?
What are the risks of testosterone therapy?
How will my health be monitored?
What alternatives are available?
Expert Tip: Do not assume that fatigue, reduced strength, or erectile difficulties automatically mean your testosterone is low. Ask your healthcare provider for a comprehensive evaluation that considers hormone levels, medications, sleep, cardiovascular health, and other possible causes.
The right diagnosis is more important than starting treatment quickly.
Write down symptoms involving energy, sexual health, urinary function, or other changes.
A primary care professional can review general health and determine whether specialized evaluation is appropriate.
Call 251-433-1895 to discuss appointment availability.
Explain whether the concern involves low testosterone, erectile dysfunction, or another urological problem.
Ask whether your plan requires a referral and whether specific laboratory tests or treatments are covered.
Bring identification, insurance information, medication lists, and available laboratory results.
If therapy is recommended, ask about possible benefits, risks, follow-up testing, and costs.
Testosterone levels often decline with age, but clinically significant testosterone deficiency is not diagnosed based on age alone. Symptoms and consistently low blood levels are important considerations.
Yes. Urology Associates advertises low testosterone evaluation and treatment, and William J. Terry, Jr., MD, identifies men's health and low testosterone among his clinical interests at the Springhill office.
It can contribute to sexual symptoms in some men. However, erectile dysfunction has several possible causes, and testosterone treatment is not appropriate for every patient.
No. Treatment requires an individualized evaluation of symptoms, laboratory results, medical history, contraindications, and potential risks.
Medicare may cover medically necessary testing and certain treatments when applicable criteria are satisfied. Coverage depends on the diagnosis, treatment, and specific plan requirements.
Changes in energy, muscle strength, sexual function, and urinary health can affect confidence and quality of life.
However, these symptoms do not always have a single cause.
A professional evaluation can help identify whether hormone levels, chronic medical conditions, medications, or other factors may be contributing.

Better UnderstandingOne useful communication strategy is called the teach-back method. After receiving medical instructions, the patient explains the plan in their own words. This allows the healthcare professional to identify anything that needs clarification.Example of Teach-BackA patient might say:"I want to make sure I understand. I should take this medication once each morning, record my blood pressure as instructed, and bring those readings to my next appointment. Is that correct?"This is not a test of the patient's knowledge. It is a way to confirm that the explanation was clear. Why It Helps Older AdultsMedical appointments sometimes involve several recommendations.Repeating the plan in everyday language can help reduce misunderstandings.Questions Seniors Should Feel Comfortable AskingPatients have an important role in healthcare decisions.Useful questions include:What is causing my symptoms? Are additional tests necessary? What are my treatment options? What benefits should I expect? Are there possible side effects?Could my medications interact? What happens if I choose not to begin treatment? How will we know whether treatment is working? When should I return?Who should I contact if I have questions?Patients should not feel obligated to make nonurgent treatment decisions without understanding the recommendations.Making Healthcare Decisions TogetherShared decision-making involves the patient and healthcare professional discussing appropriate options. The provider contributes medical expertise. The patient contributes personal preferences, experiences, and priorities.Understanding the OptionsFor some conditions, several treatment approaches may be reasonable. The physician can explain expected benefits, risks, and alternatives.Considering Everyday LifeA treatment plan should consider how the patient lives. For example, medication schedules, transportation, or mobility limitations may affect whether a plan is practical.Discussing ConcernsPatients should mention worries about cost, side effects, or treatment burden.Making an Informed ChoiceOnce the options are understood, the patient and clinician can work toward an appropriate decision. Why Medication Questions MatterOlder adults may receive prescriptions from multiple specialists. This can create uncertainty about which medications remain necessary.Understanding Each PrescriptionPatients should know what condition each medication treats.Recognizing Side EffectsNew dizziness, fatigue, swelling, or other symptoms may need discussion.Reviewing Changes After HospitalizationA hospital stay may result in new medications or changes to existing prescriptions.Patients should review these updates with their healthcare team.Avoiding Unapproved ChangesStopping or adjusting medication without medical guidance may create health risks.Addressing Hearing, Vision, and Memory Challenges During AppointmentsCommunication may require adjustments when a patient has difficulty hearing, seeing, or remembering medical information.Hearing DifficultiesPatients should tell the healthcare team when they cannot hear instructions clearly.Vision ChangesLarger printed instructions or other accessible formats may help some individuals.Memory ConcernsWritten summaries and medication schedules may be useful.Caregiver ParticipationWith patient consent, a trusted person can assist with understanding and documenting instructions.Asking for ClarificationPatients can request that information be repeated or explained in simpler language.Good communication should accommodate the patient's needs whenever possible.Building a Long-Term Relationship With a Primary Care ProviderA continuing healthcare relationship can offer several practical benefits.Familiarity With Medical HistoryAn established provider may become familiar with chronic conditions, medications, and previous treatments.Recognizing ChangesRegular visits may help identify meaningful changes in symptoms or functioning.Consistent Healthcare PlanningOngoing appointments provide opportunities to review health goals and treatment decisions.Improved CommunicationPatients may become more comfortable discussing sensitive concerns as trust develops.Follow-Up and AccountabilityA continuing relationship can help patients understand the importance of monitoring and recommended appointments.Health Concerns Older Adults Sometimes Hesitate to MentionSome medical issues may feel embarrassing or difficult to discuss. However, they can be important to overall health.Urinary ProblemsFrequent urination, leakage, or difficulty emptying the bladder deserves medical attention.Emotional HealthPersistent sadness, anxiety, or isolation may affect well-being.Memory ChangesNew or worsening memory concerns should be discussed.Sexual HealthChanges in sexual function can sometimes reflect medical conditions or medication effects.Falls and DizzinessEven a fall without injury may indicate a concern requiring evaluation.Difficulty Managing Daily TasksChanges in everyday function may provide important information about health.Patients should feel comfortable discussing these concerns with their primary care provider.Expert Tip for Better Doctor-Patient CommunicationExpert Tip: Before every appointment, write down your three most important questions. Managing Diabetes and Heart Health in Mobile, ALManaging diabetes and protecting heart health often go hand in hand, particularly for older adults living with more than one chronic medical condition.A senior may visit the doctor because of elevated blood sugar, only to learn that blood pressure, cholesterol, kidney function, and medication management also deserve attention. For older adults in Mobile, Alabama, understanding how these health concerns connect can make managing chronic conditions less overwhelming.Diabetes and cardiovascular disease share several risk factors, and both can influence long-term health, mobility, and independence. When these conditions occur together, healthcare decisions may become more complicated. For example, an older adult managing diabetes may also take medications for high blood pressure or elevated cholesterol. Another patient may be recovering from a heart-related illness while monitoring blood glucose levels. These situations require a thoughtful approach that considers the person's overall health instead of treating every diagnosis separately.VIPcare Mobile Grelot Commons provides primary care designed around the needs of older adults. The clinic emphasizes personalized treatment plans, chronic disease management, preventive healthcare, and ongoing relationships between patients and their providers.Located on Grelot Road in Mobile County, the clinic offers access to healthcare professionals who help seniors understand their health conditions and develop appropriate care plans. This guide explores the connection between diabetes and cardiovascular health, the importance of individualized treatment goals, and how consistent primary care can support healthier aging. Why Diabetes and Heart Health Are ConnectedDiabetes affects how the body regulates blood glucose, also known as blood sugar. When glucose levels remain elevated over time, they can contribute to damage involving blood vessels, nerves, kidneys, and other organs.Heart disease involves conditions affecting the heart and blood vessels.Although diabetes and heart disease are separate diagnoses, they frequently occur together.Shared Risk FactorsSeveral factors can contribute to both conditions:High blood pressureElevated cholesterolExcess body weightPhysical inactivityTobacco useFamily medical historyCertain metabolic conditionsIncreasing ageNot everyone with diabetes develops heart disease. However, people living with diabetes may have a higher risk of cardiovascular complications.Appropriate medical management can help address important risk factors. What Is Senior-Focused Primary Care?Senior-focused primary care emphasizes healthcare needs that become increasingly relevant during later adulthood.A primary care provider considers the patient's medical history, current diagnoses, medications, functional abilities, and personal goals.Common Primary Care ServicesThese may include:Diabetes managementBlood pressure monitoringCholesterol evaluationMedication managementPreventive screeningsMedicare Annual Wellness VisitsLaboratory testingVaccinationsChronic condition follow-upEvaluation of new symptomsSpecialist referralsOngoing healthcare planningThe goal is to develop a clear approach to managing health over time.VIPcare Mobile Grelot CommonsVIPcare is a primary care organization that focuses on healthcare for older adults. Its clinical approach emphasizes prevention, chronic disease management, and personalized care plans. The Mobile Grelot Commons location provides senior-focused primary care for residents throughout Mobile County. The clinic is located between Hillcrest Road and Cody Road, across from Auburn Chase Apartments.Personalized Healthcare for Older AdultsVIPcare emphasizes building ongoing relationships between patients and healthcare professionals. This approach can be especially helpful for seniors who manage several chronic conditions.Rather than considering blood pressure, diabetes, and medications as unrelated concerns, a provider can review how different conditions affect one another.A personalized care plan may include recommended monitoring, appropriate treatment goals, medication management, and specialist referrals when necessary.Meet the Grelot Commons ProvidersThe official VIPcare directory identifies two providers at this location.Joseph Amato, MDDr. Joseph Amato is a board-certified internal medicine physician with 27 years of experience, according to his official VIPcare biography. He completed undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and earned his medical degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed residency training at Keesler Air Force Base while serving in the United States Air Force. His professional background includes caring for adults with complex medical concerns.Internal medicine physicians are trained to evaluate and manage a broad range of adult health conditions.Christal A. healthcare providers evaluate treatment effectiveness.Understanding Blood Pressure and Cardiovascular RiskHigh blood pressure, also called hypertension, occurs when pressure inside the arteries remains elevated. It often develops without obvious symptoms. This is why routine blood pressure monitoring is important. Why Blood Pressure MattersUncontrolled high blood pressure can increase the risk of:Heart attackStrokeHeart failureKidney problemsOther cardiovascular complicationsTreatment goals vary according to medical history, age, and overall health. Why Older Adults Need Individualized GoalsSome older adults are sensitive to blood pressure medications.Excessively low blood pressure may contribute to dizziness or falls in certain circumstances.A healthcare professional considers both the benefits of blood pressure control and potential treatment risks.Diabetes Treatment Goals Should Be PersonalizedNot every older adult should have the same blood glucose target.Healthcare providers consider several factors before recommending treatment goals. These may include:Overall healthOther chronic conditionsHistory of low blood sugarCurrent medicationsFunctional abilitiesCognitive healthLife expectancyPersonal preferencesUnderstanding A1CHemoglobin A1C is a laboratory test that reflects average blood glucose levels over approximately three months. It can help healthcare low.Symptoms may include sweating, shaking, confusion, weakness, or dizziness.Severe hypoglycemia can become a medical emergency. Some older adults may have difficulty recognizing the early warning signs.Treatment plans should consider this risk.Medication Management When Several Conditions OverlapPatients managing diabetes and cardiovascular conditions may take multiple medications. These may include prescriptions for blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, or other medical concerns. Why Medication Reviews Are ImportantA medication review can help clarify:Why each prescription is neededWhether the current dose remains appropriatePossible side effectsPotential interactionsMedication timingQuestions about treatment effectivenessSymptoms Worth ReportingPatients should discuss new testing depend on individual risk. Why Early Detection MattersIdentifying changes in kidney function can help guide medication management and other treatment decisions.Medication ConsiderationsSome medications require special attention when kidney function changes. This is another reason patients should maintain regular follow-up with their healthcare providers.Cholesterol Management and Heart HealthCholesterol is a substance used by the body for several essential functions. However, elevated levels of certain blood lipids can contribute to cardiovascular risk. Why Diabetes Changes the ConversationPeople with diabetes may have additional cardiovascular risk factors.A healthcare provider may recommend cholesterol testing and treatment based on age, medical history, and overall risk.Lifestyle and MedicationManagement may involve dietary changes, appropriate physical activity, and prescription medication when indicated.Recommendations should be individualized.Nutrition for Older Adults With Diabetes and Heart ConcernsNutrition can support diabetes and cardiovascular management. However, dietary recommendations should consider the person's overall health.Focus on Balanced MealsA balanced eating pattern may include:VegetablesWhole grainsAppropriate protein sourcesFiber-rich foodsHealthy fatsSuitable portions of carbohydratesReview Sodium IntakeReducing excessive sodium may support blood pressure management for some patients.Consider Individual Nutritional NeedsOlder adults may have concerns involving appetite, unintended weight loss, chewing difficulties, or other nutritional needs.Restrictive diets should not compromise adequate nutrition.Seek Individualized GuidanceA registered dietitian or qualified healthcare professional can provide recommendations based on medical history and treatment goals. The Role of Physical ActivityAppropriate physical activity may support cardiovascular health, blood glucose management, mobility, and muscle strength.Activities may include walking, swimming, resistance exercises, or other suitable movement. The type and intensity should reflect the person's abilities and medical conditions.Start With Realistic GoalsSome seniors may benefit from short, regular walks.Others may need a supervised or adapted exercise program.Consider Balance and MobilityOlder adults experiencing dizziness, falls, or significant weakness should discuss activity recommendations with their healthcare provider.Avoid OverexertionNew chest discomfort, severe shortness of breath, or other serious symptoms require prompt medical evaluation. Why Regular Primary Care Visits MatterChronic conditions can change over time.A treatment plan that was appropriate several years ago may need adjustment.Reviewing Laboratory ResultsRegular testing may help identify changes in blood glucose, cholesterol, or kidney function.Monitoring Treatment EffectsPatients may experience new symptoms or medication side effects.Addressing Preventive NeedsVaccinations and screening recommendations may change with age or health status.Discussing Functional HealthChanges in mobility, memory, sleep, or daily activities may influence healthcare decisions.Preparing for a Chronic Care AppointmentPatients can make primary care visits more productive by preparing relevant information.Bring a Medication ListInclude prescriptions, vitamins, and over-the-counter products.Record Home MeasurementsIf your provider recommends monitoring, bring blood pressure or blood glucose records.Gather Recent Medical ReportsInclude relevant specialist recommendations, laboratory tests, and hospital discharge instructions.Prepare QuestionsConsider asking:Are my diabetes goals appropriate for my age and health? Is my blood pressure adequately controlled?Do any medications increase my risk of low blood sugar? How often should my kidney function be checked?Do I need cholesterol testing? Are my prescriptions working well together?Which preventive services should I receive? When should I return for follow-up?Expert Tip for Managing Diabetes and Heart HealthExpert Tip: Keep a simple health log that includes medications, blood pressure
