Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is a mental health condition that can be challenging for both the individual who has PTSD and their loved ones to navigate. In this session, Dr. Mottern will discuss what is PTSD, causes and symptoms, as well as how to support a loved one who is struggling with this condition.
