This Free class is designed for those diagnosed with a neurological diagnosis such as Parkinson's, ALS, MS, dementia and many more. Those caring for a loved one with those diagnoses are welcome! Incorporates dance and creative movement to address balance, flexibility and spatial awareness. Led by Dr Suzanne Salapa. In person class! I'll Be Me Movie Screening

ComForCare Presents the film "I'll Be Me", a documentary that follows country music star Glen Campbell as he deals publicly with his Alzheimeier's diagnosis and prepares to go on his "Goodbye Tour". The power of music and family play important roles in this touching film. Before the film, you'll meet professionals who serve the older adult community in various ways. Admission is free, but food is available for purchase. Many gift baskets will be raffled off, as a fundraiser for the Alzheimer's & Dementia Resource Center.
