Alpha Omega Hospice is a ministry of care and compassion for those who are facing the final stages of an illness. During this time the emphasis is on comfort rather than curative care. We serve in the greater Fort Worth areas and chances are we have services in your location. Alpha Omega Hospice is not a place, but a concept of care that allows your loved one to remain in their home setting: this includes nursing homes, hospitals and residential settings, but most often takes place in the home.We focus on your loved ones quality of life. Alpha Omega Hospice care involves a team-oriented approach to expert medical care, pain management, emotional and spiritual support. Our care is based on the needs and wishes of each patient and their family. We focus on quality of life.Our team develops a care plan to meet each individuals specific needs. Members of our staff make regular visits to assess your loved one and provide additional care or services related to the hospice diagnosis. We are always on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
