Hospice 1109 North 100 West Street, PO Box 579, Beaver, Beaver, Utah, 84713Beaver Valley Hospice gives End of Life Care in the Home or a LTC Facility. Our focus is making this hard time go as easy as possible for the Patient as well as the Family. We have Skilled Nursing, Aide~s, Volunteers, Social Working, Physical therapy and Occupational Therapy. Our services continue for a year after the patient has passed to help the loved ones with their grief. Hospice care is available 24 hours a day and we are always on call for any visit at any time. It is an honor and Privilege to be in peoples life at this special, difficult and delicate time. Caring for people who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness is such hard work for the loved ones physically, mentally and emotionally. This is where we can come in and help in all these areas. Everyone at one time or another needs extra help...Let us be the ones to help.
