About Care Dimensions

Care Dimensions, a nonprofit, is the largest provider of hospice, palliative care and grief support services in Massachusetts. Founded in 1978, we care for patients in 95 communities wherever they live and at our inpatient hospice facilities: the Care Dimensions Hospice House, Lincoln and the Kaplan Family Hospice House, Danvers.
