 Who Qualifies for Home Health?

Most patients qualify if they are under a physicians care and need skilled nursing or therapy services. Medicare beneficiaries may be eligible when they are considered homebound, meaning leaving home requires assistance or is limited to short, occasional outings. Private insurance patients may not need to meet homebound requirements.

You may be eligible if:

  • Youve recently been hospitalized or diagnosed with a new illness
  • Your medications have changed
  • You have difficulty leaving home due to illness or risk of falls
  • You would prefer care in your home

 Insurance & Payment

  • Medicare covers home health services at no cost to eligible beneficiaries.
  • Medicare Advantage & Private Insurance may cover services with little or no out-of-pocket cost.

Our team will work with you to verify coverage and guide you through the process.
