SKR prides itself on excellent care and service. SKR is different from many agencies as we cater to each client individually.  We are always available to fine tune and be flexible to any and all needs.  SKR is a boutique agency, NOT a big agency with many layers.  When you call, you get the owner, Susan.  We are available 24/7 and answer the phone early and late. We are very hands-on and work to meet each one of our patients/clients in-person; we know each of our caregivers personally as well. Within the first year of opening, realizing the need for the same kind of service in the skilled nursing field, we also became licensed to provide skilled care. Our nurses provide direction, advocacy, medicine management and a higher level of care.
