Overall Responsibilities:
Allied Health office based in Foley, AL with another location in Fairhope, Al, has an opening for an Administrative Assistant and Front Office employee. The ideal candidate will be capable of interacting with patients, physician offices and internal staff in a professional and friendly manner.
The position is Monday Friday 8am 5pm
Essential Functions:
This role is responsible for coordinating practice services and related duties to include answering the phone, greeting patients, scheduling patients and checking patients out at the end of their visit.
Exhibits a pleasant and welcoming demeanor both in person and on the phone.
Provides effective oral and written communication (via telephone, email, and mail).
Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copier, fax machine, etc.
Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations, including but not limited to typing, filing and scheduling.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and professional appearance and manner. This position will involve patient communication and good people skills!
