This is a sales focused position to aid in maintaining and improving occupancy levels and revenue in accordance with Marketing, and the company's mission. Disseminate information, answer questions, assist in the completion of required paperwork for move in into applicable areas within the community (memory care, assisted living) Support business operations in community areas by providing consultation to management in matching prospective residents with the proper level of care. Represent the community at various events and by conducting personalized visitations to referral sources and interested parties. Assist the Marketing Team in the approval process.
