About Conceirge

Responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the property in a supportive role as well as showing and leasing apartments, townhomes, or condominiums to prospective residents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & JOB FUNCTIONS:

Take responsibility for resident events, work order follow-up, and walking the property

Ensure units are prepared for tours

Perform leasing duties such as completing applications, collecting deposits, and assists with the renewal process

Collect delinquent rents

Handle resident requests and complaints

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):

Customer Service courteous and efficient handling of resident and future resident requests and complaints

Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports, and related information

Presentation of property buildings and grounds

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:

Previous customer service and/or sales experience

Property management experience preferred.
