Senior Care Advisors help seniors who can no longer live independently with all of the next steps.We start by doing an assessment to determine what level of care is appropriate for the client. Once the level of care is determined we then evaluate and identify the right assisted living, memory care, certified family home, or nursing facility, based on physical, financial, and geographical needs.We will also coordinate the sale of the home with a licensed realtor, coordinate the liquidation of assets with estate sale professionals, and help facilitate the move.Not ready to leave home yet?
