More recently the site was occupied by Cardinal Cushing College and later by Newbury College.Balfour Brookline has been designed by the world famous architectural firm of Robert A.M. Stern (aka RAMSA), a firm that has worked on projects for Harvard University, multiple high-end Manhattan condominium projects and residential, university and office buildings through the United States, Europe, South America and Asia. The RAMSA design will respect and accommodate the rich architectural traditions found in the residences of Fisher Hill.
