The trusted capability of Olathe Medical Center and the caring tradition of The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society have joined to create Cedar Lake Village, an exciting senior living community in Olathe, Kansas. The senior living units offer residents age 55 and over the benefits of a personalized lifestyle combined with the security of community living. Those desiring a maintenance free lifestyle may be interested in our Villas. Our apartments provide indepedent living with services such as meals, housekeeping and more. A higher level of care is offered in Cedar Lake Villages assisted living units. These combine housing with supportive services for seniors who want personalized attention but do not require traditional 24-hour skilled nursing care.

Cedar Lake Village~s secure memory care assisted living community is for individuals who are living with irreversible dementia, including Alzheimer~s disease. It is comprised of 2 residential households with just 12 private rooms for residents in each, that have been specifically designed for those who can benefit from memory support. Our intimate, supportive household offers shared spaces and individual private rooms with full bathrooms for persons 55 and older who qualify. Most importantly, each person is surrounded by and cared for by staff members and neighbors who understand each other~s daily joys and challenges of living with dementia.

Cedar Lake Village assisted living fills the gap between senior housing and skilled nursing care for those ages 55 and older. Daily staff supervision and a variety of supportive services enrich the residential environment. Services include meals, housekeeping and laundry, scheduled transportation, 24-hour emergency call staffing and limited personal/medical care support.
