ClaraCare Senior Partners is an independent, locally owned Senior Living Placement & Advisory Service serving seniors and families throughout Northern Colorado, including Longmont, Boulder, Broomfield, Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley, Windsor, Erie, Lafayette, Louisville, Berthoud, and surrounding communities.

Were local and independent - not a franchise or call center. Families work directly with Kim Kennedy, Founder and Placement Specialist, from the first conversation through the senior living search and move-in.

ClaraCare provides personalized guidance for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, taking the time to understand each persons care needs, lifestyle, preferred location, and budget. We help families research and compare senior living communities, arrange personalized referrals, and navigate their options with knowledgeable, one-on-one support. 

Because ClaraCare is locally focused, families receive guidance from someone who knows Northern Colorado communities - not a national database or an unfamiliar representative.
